"Turnkey" building of ropeways for the all season holiday centers.

List of the basic building services:

1. "Turnkey" building of ropeways:
  • ropeways’ axes lay-out;
  • general construction work;
  • building of foundations, installations;
  • construction engineering;
  • installation of ropeways equipment (new and used);
  • setting in operation works;
  • service and maintenance of the operating equipment.
2. Ski slopes lay-out and engineering:
  • slopes lay-out;
  • engineering and formation of ski slopes.
The building time for the ski lift turnkey can last from 2 to 6 months depending on their technical and ecological conditions.

List of necessary documents for an order of building services:

  • preconcerted project documentation;
  • confirmation of order for building services from the customer;
  • building contract;
  • building performance specification concerning terms and time of the building works conduction (can be as an appendix to the contract).
Additional technical services:
  • architectural supervision on the building works conduction;
  • technical supervision on the building works conduction;
  • technical consultancy;
  • engineering inspection;
  • inspection and diagnostics of the technical conditions of the operating ski lift constructions.
